IF YOU BUYING DOG SUPPLIES, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: How to make a puchase for dog supplies at PuppyBud.com: 1) You will have to register for an account to begin making purchase on PuppyBud.com. If you have not done so, you can do it by clicking on this link, Register Here. 2) There are two ways you can browse for supplies on PuppyBud.com. One way is our Ad Listing services. The other way is through our Store Directory. Two Ways Search for Supplies Details a) Ad Listing To search our ad listings, just click on the "Dog Supplies" or "Books & Videos" link located on the left hand navigation menu. b) Store Directory If you prefer to search for supplies by vendors, you could do so by searching our extensive store directory. You could access our store directory by clicking on the top menu tab, labeled "Store". 3) Once you located a listing that advertise the item that you wish to purchase, you could simply make a purchase by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button at the top of the ad. If the seller enabled "Sales Approval" on their ad, your transaction will go into pending status until the seller approvals the transaction. As such, you will have to wait until the seller approvals your sales transaction before you can continue on to pay the seller for the item. If you the seller did not enable "Sales Approval", then you can simply continue on to pay for the item. 4) To pay for the item, you will have to log into your account and go to the "Purchasing" icon located on the left hand navigation menu. 5) Clicking on the "Purchasing" Icon will bring your to "YOUR PUPPYBUD PURCHASING HISTORY" page. "YOUR PUPPYBUD PURCHASING HISTORY" page should have the following tables: Tables Description a) Purchase Requests Ads listed here are ones that are pending seller's approval. If the seller approves your purchase request, the the ad will then be listed on the "Items I've won" table below. b) Items I've won Ads listed here are ones that you have won when you clicked on the "BUY NOW" button. c) Items I'm Watching Ads listed here are ads that you are watching or considering to buy. 6) To view you purchaser's contact information, click on the link labelled "View won item(s) Details" located near the top of the page or on the "Items I've won" table. Clicking on this link will bring up a page entitled "SELLERS CONTACT INFORMATION". ( NOTE: The "SELLERS CONTACT INFORMATION" page will allow you to "Leave Feedback" on the sellers and make payment via "PayPal" to the seller. )     IF YOU ARE A DOG SUPPLY VENDOR, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Processing purchase is simple with PuppyBud.com. Once a buyer clicks on the "BUY NOW" button, you will be notified by e-mail regarding the purchase. In addition, you the purchase transaction will be recorded in the "Selling" section of your account. It should be listed under the "Sold Items" section. (NOTE: This notification on your account does not mean that your customer paid for the item. It just means that they made the purchase request. You will have to check your merchant or PayPal account first before you should send out your product!) For your reference, here are the "STEP-BY-STEP" instructions to lookup the status of your ad listing: 1) Log into your account. 2) Once you have logged into your account (or "memberarea"), click on the icon labelled "Selling" located on the left-hand navigation and the top menu navigation. 3) Clicking on the "Selling" icon will bring you to your "PUPPYBUD SELLING HISTORY" page. "YOUR PUPPYBUD SELLING HISTORY" page should have the following tables: Tables Description a) Open Ads This table lists all your active ads. Ads listed here are ones that have not been sold. b) Closed Ads Ads listed here are ones that either: a) someone have made a "purchase" on. b) have passed its expiration date without a "purchase request". c) Ads Not Started Ads listed here are ads that you have schedule to start at a future date. d) Sold Items Ads listed here are ones that someone have made a purchase.   4) To view your customer's contact information, simply to the "Sold Items" section and click on the "View Sold Item Details" link. The link will bring up a "WINNERS CONTACT INFORMATION" page. ( NOTE: The "WINNERS CONTACT INFORMATION" page will allow you to "Leave Feedback" on the purchaser and notify the purchaser about the status about their order. )   IF YOU ENABLE "SALES APPROVAL" ON YOUR AD LISTINGS, PLEASE READ BELOW: If you enable "Sales Approval" on your purchase, you will have to log into your account and approve the purchaser's " request". 1) Log into your account. 2) Click on the "Selling" icon located on the left hand navigation menu to open up "YOUR PUPPYBUD SELLING HISTORY" page. 3) Go to the "Open Ads" table and look for your ad. 4) There should be a "Click to View" link next to your ad's name. Clicking on that link will bring up a list of all buyers and their contact information who have made a "purchase request" for your product. 5) Simply click on the "accept" button next to the buyer who you want to sell your product to.
